Shipping and returns

Your satisfaction is important to me! I have a 14-day return policy. If you change your mind or have received the incorrect product with your SL Care By Serena Louise online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. Returned products must be received unopened/unused and in resalable condition.

Prior to returning your item(s), please email your order number and the reason for your return request.

Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once received you will receive an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

AFTERPAY 

Unfortunately, SL Care cannot provide refunds for products purchased with the AFTERPAY payment method.
